Kirby Frair serves as the Director of Government Event Planning. Kirby oversees social media relations and events specifically for the City of Woodruff, South Carolina and many other events put on by Venture Coast Realty.
Frair began her career at Rudolph Gordon School as a Teacher and is currently the Literacy Coach. A native of Simpsonville South Carolina, Frair earned a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education from Winthrop University and a master’s degree in Education from Anderson University.
Frair has been active in community affairs, serving as a volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville, SC, Coach at Upstate Girls on the Run and an active member for the Junior League of Greenville.
Vincent worked in Radiation Oncology as a Service Engineer for many years. It was then he began buying, selling, renting and flipping land and houses. Vincent has developed this into a real estate business called VENTURE COAST. This business focuses on helping individuals and group investors find affordable and profitable real estate investments.
Vincent has been a real estate agent for 10 years and a real estate broker for the past 3. In that time he has helped many investors and family members with their real estate.
As Vincent’s investments grew so did his business. Venture Coast Realty has added Property Management to its offerings. Community Association Manager (CAM) license is required for HOA, POA and Condo management in FL. Venture Coast Realty and Property Management has several licensed staff members.

Brings a rich background of successful and ongoing projects to Venture Coast Realty and Property Management. Vans work includes redevelopment of the city of Fountain Inn, development of The Youths Center for Performing Arts, development and recruitment of National Brands to the area.

Laura has worked in Outpatient and inpatient Physical Therapy for 20 years. After opening her own Pilates Studio in South Florida, she began working part-time in Real Estate. Servicing mostly her equestrian clients from out of town, Laura’s real estate niche was seasonal rentals and property management. She continues to run her pilates studio full-time and real estate part-time. Laura has also added her Florida CAM license to manage HOA and Condo associations.
